As a fully qualified professional lecturer, I am fully aware that everyone learns in a different way. As such, differentiation is reflected in my teaching plans and, indeed, my teaching practice, which caters for all learning styles and abilities. I am always ready and willing to go the extra mile, to ensure that everyone receives the educational experience which they deserve. Additionally, a positive learning environment is essential, in order to facilitate long-lasting learning. As a result, all my students succeed.
